Motion to Approve forwarding recommendation to City Council to approve the Capital Improvement
Budget for the fiscal years 2009-2010 and 2010-2011. Moved by Planning Commissioner Brad
Bannister, seconded by Planning Commissioner Ermelindo Puente.
A. M 09-03 Discussion of potential updates to the City of Gilroy Zoning Ordinance Section #1,
"Introduction"; #2 "Definitions", and Section #3 "Designation and Establishment of Zoning Districts".
C. Discussion regarding possibly changing the Planning Commission meeting time from 6:00 PM to
6:30 PM.
