Good morning,
My name is Jody Rae and am writing to encourage you to vote yes on Draft D. I live in the area referred to as South
of 10th in a newer home. I don’t feel either map particularly reflects our household, but of the two, Draft D is the
better option.
Draft F would lump us in with everything east of the freeway, mainly commercial shopping centers, industrial
zoning, and the Alexander Station apartments, none of which reflect my husband and I as a household in any way.
Draft D does at least have us lumped in with other homes, albeit households north of 10th we have less in common
with.
I am concerned about how this will affect who will represent us. We are not representative of the majority of the
households in the area we are placed in and likely will end up with a city council member who represents other
interests.
However, of the options, Draft D is the better choice and I encourage you to please vote yes on Draft D.
