RESOLUTION 2025-21
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF
GILROY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025
WHEREAS, the City Administrator prepared and submitted to the City Council a
budget for the City of Gilroy for Fiscal Years 2024 and 2025, and the City Council
carefully examined, considered and adopted the same on June 5, 2023; and
WHEREAS, City Staff has prepared and submitted to the City Council a
proposed amendment to said budget for Fiscal Year 2025 for the City of Gilroy in the
staff report dated June 2, 2025, for the third quarter budget update; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully examined and considered the same and
is satisfied with said budget amendments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that appropriations to the expenditure
accounts for Fiscal Year 2025 are hereby increased by $3,000 in the Special
Enforcement Ops Fund (F229), by $89,114 in the Housing Trust Fund (F250), by
$1,213 in the Gilroy Community Library Fund (F500).
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Gilroy at a regular
meeting duly held on the 2nd day of June 2025 by the following roll call vote:
